GembaDocs has two Kanban card templates. Before you create a card, it’s worth knowing which one fits your situation. Here’s what each includes and how to build one.
This is the original GembaDocs Kanban card. It’s the most complete option and works well for most operations.

It also comes with a pull card and a full range of bin labels.
Size options run from credit card up to full page, so you can match the card to your bin or shelf format.
Template 2 looks different from Template 1 and has one key advantage: the back is left blank so you can write on it.
Use this when you need to track:
It comes in a single size only and includes its own set of bin labels.
The process is the same on desktop and mobile.
Step 1 – Open the Kanban tab
From your GembaDocs dashboard, go to the Kanban tab and hit Create New.
Step 2 – Choose your template
Select Template 1 or Template 2 based on what you need.
Step 3 – Add your card details
Fill in:
Step 4 – Configure your QR code
You can set up a QR code to send a standard email when scanned. This is useful for triggering re-orders without anyone needing to log into a system.
Step 5 – Generate your card
Fill in the remaining fields and hit generate. Your card is ready to print.
