Checklist SOPs
Any SOP can now be turned into a Checklist SOP, built for inspections, audits, and any check you run on repeat.
- Add mandatory pass or fail steps, comments, images, and variable data through several input types
- On mobile, go to SOP, Track, Audit, add a batch number, serial number, or operator name, then start
- Build one by opening edit mode on any SOP and selecting Checklist SOP
- Add checklist points using number, dropdown, checkbox, text, photo, and pass or fail fields
- Set frequency (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or custom), due reminders, and notification recipients under Advanced Options, Track Task
- Failure notifications and red and green visual management cards support floor-level tracking
- All tracked tasks are stored in audit history, accessible through the app and exportable for reporting
