The new GembaDocs Chrome extension lets your team capture on-screen processes and turn them into polished video with steps SOPs in minutes.
- Record any workflow directly in your browser.
- Start from your SOP dashboard by selecting “Create New” → “Video SOP.”
- Install the Chrome extension once, then record your screen or a specific window.
- Add narration while you work – our AI cleans up the text automatically.
- Say “next” when moving between steps to help AI segment them.
- Pause or stop anytime and edit the step descriptions later.
- Each step is timestamped and linked to the exact part of the video.
This feature gives your team a visual, step-by-step record of any process – perfect for training or documenting key workflows.

Task Management and Tracking
We’ve also taken task management to the next level. Our red-green card system now includes digital tracking for complete visibility.

All responses are securely stored for review, giving you traceability across your operations.
