Editing, saving, and creating documents is now significantly faster, with up to four times the previous speed.

Users can now create and edit custom skills matrices directly in the mobile app. Training records can be updated in real-time with batch signatures for efficiency.

A new feature enables users to track document updates easily. Changes can be reviewed via a QR code or clickable link, ensuring transparency and compliance.
Folder-Level QR Codes – Instant Access to Multiple SOPs (03:57)
A QR code can now be generated for any folder, allowing instant access to all contained SOPs. This is ideal for equipment with multiple associated documents.
