New Folder Feature
Organize SOPs for better management.
- Available on desktop and devices.
- Users can create folders and add SOPs to them.
- Option to reorder SOPs within folders.
- First version supports single-level folders; subfolders will be introduced in the next update.
Analytics Dashboard
Track and review SOP and Kanban activity.
- Access using the dial icon in the dashboard.
- Filters available (e.g., last 30 days, lifetime).
- Exportable data for deeper analysis.
- Useful for tracking progress during SOP adoption phases.
Enhanced Kanban Features
- Editable Labels:
- Admins can customize text fields on PDF Kanban cards.
- Enables greater flexibility and customization.
- Data Export:
- Export all Kanban data to Excel for easier reporting and insights.
SOP Request Feature
Simplify SOP requests across teams – great for capturing processes across your site.
- Generate a QR code from settings for requesting SOPs.
- Non-GembaDocs users can scan the code and request an SOP.
- Requested SOPs are tracked and managed directly in GembaDocs.
Improved SOP Search
Find SOPs more efficiently! The updated search functionality now scans the entire SOP document, not just the title.
Skills Module Enhancements
Simplify training record updates.
- Trainers can assign training levels and sign off in bulk.
- Both trainer and trainee sign only once for multiple updates.
- Available on both web and mobile platforms.

Mobile-Optimized SOP Viewing
Improve usability of SOPs on mobile devices.
- SOPs now viewable step-by-step instead of full PDF pages.
- Available without logging into the app.
- Toggle in advanced document settings enables this feature.
Language Updates
