Hardware: (18) 1/4" Button Head Bolts, (18) 1/4" Flanged Nuts, (48) 5/16" Button Head Bolts, (48) 5/16" Flanged Nuts

Casters: 2 fixed, 2 pivot/lock 

Parts: 1 top tray, 1 bottom tray, 4 legs, 1 handle, 2 short and 2 long accessory panels (shown in black)

You'll locate the top tray and choose to run it as a flat top or tray at this time. (Flat top shown here)

Begin by bolting each leg to the top tray using 5/16" hardware. Leave loose

Leave hardware out of one end at this time.

Bolt the handle to the end of the cart as shown with 5/16" bolts at the top and 1/4" inch bolts the bottom. Leave loose

Next locate the bottom tray and orient as shown

Place the assembled top and legs over the outside of the tray.

Install four 5/16" bolts at each corner. Leave loose

Locate end and side panels. These will be installed with corner cutouts up as shown.

Bolt these in as shown using 1/4" hardware.

Tighten all 1/4" hardware using a 5/32" hex/allen wrench.

Tighten all 5/16" hardware using a 3/16" hex/allen wrench.

Tilt the cart to expose the caster mounting holes on the bottom.

Install pivot casters on the handle end of cart with 5/16" hardware.

Install fixed casters on the opposite end with 5/16" hardware.
