Included Parts: (2) Meeting Board Panels, (2) Wheel Bases, (2L&2R) Base Supports, (2) Uprights, (1) Lower Crossmember, (1) Hardware PackRequired tools: 5/32" Allen Wrench, 9/16" Socket with ratchet, 11/16" End wrench
Included Hardware
First, lay one Meeting Board Panel face down and place one Upright on each side. Be sure the openings in the uprights are facing in toward each other, and oriented as show above. Loosely fasten the parts together using (4) 3/8" hex head bolts, flat washers, and flange nuts.
Next, place the bottom crossmember in between the uprights and flush to the bottom. Just place this here for now, as we will add hardware in a later step.
Next, locate the (2) wheel bases, and loosely install them as shown above using (4) 3/8" carriage bolts, squared washers, and flange nuts. The washer will go under the flange nut, not under the bolt head.
Next, loosely install the crossmember to the wheel bases using (2) 3/8" carriage bolts, squared washers, and flange nuts.
Next, install (1) base support per side, using (6) black 1/4" button heads, washers, and flange nuts.
Next, we are going to flip the assembly and repeat steps 3 and 7 to install the remaining pieces. To install the second meeting board, you will be fishing a flange nut into the access windows in the uprights, and threading a 3/8" bolt and washer into the mounting holes.
Once all of the pieces are assembled, the base hardware can be tightened. Start by using a 5/32 allen wrench and tighten all (24) of the 1/4" button heads. Next, use a 9/16" socket and tighten the (6) carriage bolt flange nuts. Leave the (8) meeting board bolts for the final step.
Install (4) caster wheels into the locations shown above with the provided flat washers and hex nuts. Tighten the nuts using an 11/16" end wrench.
Finally, stand the board up on its wheels to tighten the remaining (8) 3/8" bolts.
Youre done! The meeting board is ready to outfit to your liking!
