Install Wheel Base to Upright using (2) Carriage bolts, washers, and flange nuts. Be sure that washers are under the flange nut and not under the carriage bolt head. Then install (2) caster wheels in the orientation shown above. Repeat for other side.
Next, install (L&R) Base supports onto the wheel base in the orientation shown here. There should be (6) Button heads, washers, and flange nuts installed PER base support in this step (12 total). NOTE: Be sure to leave the bolts in the yellow circles out for this step. You will install them in the next step. Repeat for other side.
Next, install the Lower Crossmember between the two Uprights in the orientation shown here. Install (1) carriage bolt, washer and flange nut per side (green arrows). Install the remaining (4) button heads, washers, and flange nuts into the Base Supports that you left out in step 3 (yellow circles).
Next, install the Turnback Board to the uprights in its highest available position. Install (4) hex head bolts, washers, and flange nuts. Leave this hardware loose for now.
Install the Stack Rack panel in the orientation shown above using (4) hex head bolts, washers, and flange nuts. Leave this hardware loose for now.
Next, spin the board around and install the remaining (3) button heads, washers, and flange nuts to connect the two panels. You will want to tighten this hardware once it is installed.
Next, tighten all your mounting hardware installed in steps 6 and 7.
Using a rubber mallet, install your Stack Rack Accessories in your desired locations.
Load Turnback Post-It notes and ink pens and deploy your boards to the Gemba! Its time to start eliminating defects!
