Included Parts: (4) Cleaning Board Panels, (2) Wheel Bases, (2L&2R) Base Supports, (2) Uprights, (1) Lower Crossmember. Required Tools: 5/32nd allen wrench, 9/16" socket/ratchet, 11/16" end wrench

Included Hardware:

Lay the 4 main panels face down, with bolt hole flanges facing up.

Align the panels and fasten them using 1/4-20' button head bolts, washers and nuts as shown.

With all bolts loosely installed in the 4 main flanges, you can tighten them using a 5/32' allen wrench.

Insert the upright legs. NOTE: The notched section shown will be the bottom.

Align the 4 square holes to locate the leg

Install four 3/8" carriage bolts

Install carriage bolt washers then serrated nuts on the inside.

Bolt the wheel base on one side of the board using 3/8 carriage bolts, washers, and nuts.

Loosely insert the lower crossmember as shown with the bend toward the rear of the board/panel 

Now install the final wheel base and secure the lower crossmember with carriage bolts in the 2 circled hole locations.

Install the 4 caster wheels using the provided hex nuts and flat washers. Tighten using an 11/16" end wrench.

Next, install the base supports (4) at each corner using black 1/4-20" button head bolts, washers, and flange nuts.

On a "wet board" you will need to install the mop bucket bracket and the base support using the same hardware in these two hole locations.

Now, stand the board onto its wheels and tighten any remaining hardware. 

Silhouettes will be installed into the corresponding locations using 1/4-20" button head bolts, washers, and nuts.

Insert hooks into the slotted hole locations and slide down to lock in place.
