Step by step on how to install the Strike Rock Sliders on a Chevy Colorado / GMC Canyon 2nd Gen (15-22). The slider bolts up through the body mounts and into the back of the rocker. Please read all steps carefully before starting the install.

Check that you have all of the parts and hardware shown before starting.
Remove the two body mount bolts with a 13/16 in. socket and set the body mounts aside. Discard the small cap on the front mount.

Trucks without factory running boards have plastic caps in the rocker holes. Pop the caps out with a screwdriver and snap the supplied clip nuts in (hat side up). Skip any holes that already have nut certs.

Lift the slider into place and reinstall the body mount bolts through the slider. Start them and leave them loose.

Install the button head bolts with washers into the clip nuts with a 3/16 in. Allen, plus the one on the back side. Leave them loose.

Pull the slider in against the inner rocker and tighten the bottom bolt first so there is no gap, then the others.

Tighten the two body mount bolts.

Go back and make sure every rocker bolt is tight, then repeat the install on the passenger side.
