Step by step on how to install the Victory 4x4 Roof / Bed Rack Hi-Lift Mount.

Push a 7/16-14 x 2-1/2 inch carriage bolt up through the square hole in the middle of each mount so the threads stick up. Drop a 1/2 inch flat washer over the bolt, then thread on a 7/16-14 serrated flange nut and tighten it with an 11/16 inch wrench.
Each mount uses (4) 1/4-20 T-nuts and (4) 1/4-20 x 3/8 inch button head screws. Drop the T-nuts into the top channel of the rack crossbar at the drop-in points machined into the rail, with the flange head facing up. Set the mount over the crossbar and slide the T-nuts under the mounting holes.
Start the (4) button head screws through the mount into the T-nuts by hand. Space the two mounts on separate crossbars so they line up with the holes in your Hi-Lift jack, then tighten the screws with a 5/32 inch Allen wrench. If needed, slide the crossbars in or out to fine tune the spacing for your jack.
Set the Hi-Lift jack onto the mounts so the carriage bolt studs pass up through the holes in the jack.
Install a nylon spacer and a 7/16-14 wing nut on each stud. Run the wing nuts down by hand until the jack is held tight to the rack.
