Check that you have all of the parts and hardware shown before starting. Hardware pack: 046-0025 and 046-0152 (every bolt, nut and washer is listed in the bill of materials picture).
The slider boats work on either side; the legs decide the side. Mount the legs on the forward-most set of holes with the arrows pointing to the front of the vehicle. Use the button head bolts and flange nuts and tighten with a 5/16 in. Allen, leaving them slightly loose for adjustment.

Remove the plastic clips along the frame. Remove the three bolts holding the gas tank skid and the bolt holding the e-brake line. If you have KDSS, unbolt it and let it hang.

Use a floor jack in the center of the slider to lift it into place. Make sure it slides between the frame and the gas tank skid, e-brake line and KDSS.

Install the supplied hardware in all the slider mounting holes loosely. With KDSS, the slider goes between the KDSS bracket and the frame and bolts through both.

Tighten all the bottom bolts first to pull the slider up against the frame, then tighten the side bolts. An open-end wrench helps on the top hole.

Reinstall the last gas tank skid bolt and any KDSS lines with the stock hardware, then go back and check that everything is tight.

Install the passenger slider the same way. For rock slider use, center punch and drill the two bottom holes to 5/16 in. and install the supplied 3/8 in. self-tapping bolts with a 9/16 in. wrench.

Find the smallest frame hole through the slider and install the last self-tapping bolt. Snug the self-tappers down without over-tightening.

Double check that everything has been tightened and enjoy your new sliders!
