Double check you have all the correct hardware as shown in the images.

Lay out all of the parts and compare them to the images. The Regular Body kit has 12 crossbars and the Extended Body kit has 14. Light bar mounts are only included with the light bar cutout option.

Assemble both halves of the rack separately on the ground. Mount the crossbars between the 2 side rails with 1/4"-20 x 3/4" button head bolts and 1/4" ID washers (2 per bar per side). Keep the machined slot in each crossbar facing up so t-nuts can be added later.

Mount the strip of trim to the bottom edge of the front fairing, starting just outside the peak of the bottom edge and continuing to the same point on the other side. Cut off the extra, cut it in half, and mount the 2 pieces on the bottom edge of the rear fairing wherever it touches the roof.

Mount the fairings with 1/4"-20 x 3/4" button head bolts, 1/4" ID washers and 1/4"-20 serrated flange nuts: 3 per side on the front fairing, 2 per side on the rear. Adjust the front fairing all the way up and leave its bolts loose for adjusting on the vehicle.

Attach the front and rear mounts to the inside of the side rails with the 5/16"-18 x 1-1/2" hex heads, .307/.327" ID washers and 5/16"-18 flange locknuts. Tighten them fully. The front mounts are stamped F and the rear mounts are stamped R. Make sure the arrow on each mount points forward.

Place the 2 halves on the roof and join them with the connecting brackets, 1/4"-20 x 3/4" button head bolts, 1/4" ID washers and serrated flange nuts. Only use the top 2 holes; the other mounting point is used later. Position the rack behind the antenna.

Lift the rack slightly and attach the mid mounts (stamped M) with 1/4"-20 x 3/4" button head bolts, 1/4" ID washers and 1/4"-20 serrated flange nuts. Tighten them fully to the inside of the side rail.

Loosely bolt the outer mounts to the side rails with the 5/16"-18 x 1-1/2" hex heads, .307/.327" ID washers and 5/16" flange locknuts. The roof gutter must sit between the inner and outer mounts. If the mounts are too far apart to start the bolts, use a C-clamp or F-clamp to pull them together.

When seating the outer mounts, you may need to tap the spot shown with a mallet or dead-blow hammer to get the mount properly seated around the gutter.

Use the 5/16"-18 x 1" hex heads, .307/.327" ID washers and flange locknuts to snug each outer mount to the top of its inner mount. Tighten the outer mounts to the side rails so they clamp the gutter, alternating side to side to keep the rack centered, then fully tighten them to the inner mounts.

Push the front and rear fairings tight against the roof and tighten everything fully into place. We recommend clear 3M paint protection film on the roof wherever the edge trim / fairings touch it to protect the paint.

Slide 2 t-nuts into each channel on top of the front crossbar. Set each light bar mount over a pair and loosely bolt it with the 1/4"-20 x 3/8" button heads. Mount the light bar in the slots with its own hardware, center it, then tighten.

Congrats, the install is complete. Enjoy!
