Included Parts:
(1) Roof Rack Platform Panel (35" x 15.5")
Included Hardware: (2) 046-0059 bolt packs
(8) 1/4"-20 x 3/8" button head bolt, (8) 1/4" washer, (8) 1/4"-20 T-nut
Tools needed: 5/32" Allen wrench
Slide the T-nuts into the channel on top of the cross bars through the milled slots. Lay the panel out in the desired position first to see where the T-nuts need to be.
If a milled slot falls where you need a T-nut and would block the panel from being secured there, flip the cross bar over and slide the T-nut into the channel from the end instead. It is best to mount the panel using the 1/4" slots around the perimeter.
With the T-nuts roughly in position, set the panel where you want it and loosely bolt it down with the 1/4" bolts and washers into the T-nuts.
With everything loosely in place, finalize the position of the panel and tighten all hardware.
Confirm all hardware is tightened. Congrats! Your installation of the Roof Rack Platform Panel is now complete. Enjoy!
