How to set up tags for SOP categorisation
The Tagging feature can be used to categorise and restrict access to groups of SOPs.
Tags can be used to filter on the dashboard on web as well as mobile.
You need to be logged in as an admin. Then go to Settings. We are going to set up tags first.
Turn the 'Enable / Manage Tags' toggle to ON in Tag Management.
Tags can be added or edited here
To Manage Access to Tags go the Settings / User Admin - where Team Members / Admins Tag access can be controlled
Click the "3 Dots" on any user to "Manage Tags" (this is the tags they can access)
Select ALL / or a selection of individual tags that the user can access
SOP Tags can also be managed within the document editing process in web or mobile.
Or from the 3 dots of the SOP dashboard listing in web or mobile.
