• Lay out crossbars, side rails, fairings, and mounting hardware.
• Orient crossbar slots on crossbar channels (for T-nuts) facing up, all to the same side.
• Align crossbar into horizontal slots on side rails shown in 3rd photo.
• Attach crossbars to side rails with 3/4” long 1/4-20 button head bolts + 1/4” washers. Apply anti-seize to threads.
• Tighten with 5/32" hex, centering crossbars in slots for now.
•  Repeat on both side rails.

• Attach gray accent panels to the outside face of each side rail using 3/4” long 1/4-20 black button head bolts.
• Identify 4 mounts (Front/Rear marked, with directional arrows facing vehicle front). Mount onto side rail, secure with 1” long 1/4-20 bolts, 1/4” washers (for the head of the bolt) and 1/4” serrated flange nuts. Push mounts down fully(to raise the rack to its highest point), snug all hardware.

• Position the edge lock trim starting 2" outside the lowest point on the front fairing (indicated in photos). Run the trim all the way across the fairing to about 2" past the low point on the opposite side. This weatherstripping is what the fairing will rest against on the roof.
•  Trim the excess using tin snips.
• Slide the front fairing between the side rails.
• Secure with 3/4" long 1/4-20 button head bolts, 1/4" washers, and 1/4-20 serrated flange nuts. Pull to the highest point in the slots and snug the hardware (final adjustment comes later).

• Cut the excess trim piece directly in half. Use these two pieces for the rear fairing.
• Press the trim in place on the front fairing, working a few inches at a time. This weatherstripping is what the fairing will rest against on the roof.
• Using the remaining trim pieces, press them in place along the bottom edge of the rear fairing, one on each side, with the excess facing toward the inside, the same way as the front.
• Slide the rear fairing between the side rails and secure with the same hardware: 3/4" long 1/4-20 button head bolts, 1/4" washers, and 1/4-20 serrated flange nuts. Pull to the highest point in the slots and snug the hardware (final adjustment comes later).

• With help, place assembled rack loosely on roof
• Measure from back edge of rear mount to front edge of rear black roof trim - target 8-5/8" to 8-3/4"
• Check gap between inside edge of mount and roof edge is even on both sides
• Once you are happy with the placement of the rack, mark the center of each mounting hole with a Sharpie.

• Remove rear mount temporarily (support rack with a towel to avoid paint scratches)- Center punch holes marked in previous step.
• Drill starting with small pilot bit, stepping up to final size 15/64" (for M6 rivnuts).
• Use a shop vac to catch metal shavings as you drill.
• Note: material may be hardened steel - step up bit sizes gradually, use quality bits and light cutting lubricant.

• Use a 1/2" drill bit or step/center drill to remove foam sealant layer at top of hole (so rivnut flange seats flush)
• Be careful to only enlarge foam sealant layer and not drill the sheetmetal.

Option A – Hand tool (included):

• Thread M6 bolt into rivnut with flat washer, hex nut, and serrated washer stackedInsert rivnut into hole, tighten until snug, back off bolt and remove, remove serrated washer, verify rivnut is fully crushed and seated.

• Thread rivnut onto tool, insert rivnut into hole, crush rivnut seating it within the hole.

Repeat Steps 6–8 for all 4 mounts (15:04)

• Remove one mount from the siderails at a time.
• Apply generous ring of Permatex Ultra Black or similar RTV sealant in previously drilled holes, press supplied spacer down into drilled holes and RTV as you go.
• Once spacers have been installed, apply more sealant around spacer edges and top to cover any gaps in the sealant.
• Reinstall mount to side rail, apply sealant over bolt hole above each spacers (hardware going into roof). To allow the bolt to pass through the RTV when installing your hardware into rivnuts.
• Use the supplied M6 bolts with silver washers to install each mount to the roof.
• Reinstall mount to side rail. Apply sealant over the bolt hole above each spacer (where hardware goes into the roof) so the bolt can pass through the RTV when threading into the rivnuts.
• Repeat one mount at a time for all 4 corners.

• Loosen side rail hardware slightly for adjustability.
• Set rails parallel to roofline with even gap (or your visual preference).
• If you have a sunroof, raise rack close to/as high as possible.
• Carefully test sunroof clearance, accounting for rooftop gear before lowering the rack any further.
• Adjust each side evenly, tighten with 5/32" hex.
• Fully tighten front and rear mounting hardware once satisfied.

This step is optional but highly recommended: Paint protection film is not included, but can be used along with the included weather stripping. If not using paint protection film, skip to step 12.

• Push edge trim down tight to roof
• Apply painter's tape ~1/4" in front of edge trim line, mark stopping point (just past fairing contact points)
• Remove front two bolts each side, flip fairing up out of the way
• Clean roof surface with glass cleaner (no residue)
• Apply film like a decal, starting at tape mark, using a squeegee/applicator
• Trim excess with scissors at mark
• Flip fairing back down, reinstall hardware, tighten with 5/32" hex

• Loosen fairing hardware.
• Slide fairing down tight to roof-line to prevent wind buffeting/noise.
• Retighten hardware once firmly in place.

- Confirm all hardware is tightened.

- Congrats! Your installation, is now complete. Enjoy!
