Begin by inserting the nut strip through the rectangular hole on the inside of the frame. Line the nut up with the unthreaded hole in the bottom of the frame.

Loosely installing the mounting bracket. Do this using the three M8 bolts in the factory threaded holes as well as the 3/8" bolt (boxed in red in the image above). The 3/8" bolt installs into the provided nut strip. If installing with the sliders, the bracket should slip between the slider mount and the frame of the vehicle. 

Set the skid up into place with the provided spacers between the top of the skid and the frame. If installing with our Transmission Skid, the TCase Skid should sit between the Transmission Skid and the spacers. Once in position, the skid can be held loosely in place using the 1/2" carriage bolts with the provided square washer, flat washer and nylock nut on the top of the frame, in that order.

With the skid in place, loosely install the 1/2" button head bolts to mount the skid to the bracket.
