Step General Step - 1 (Make sure to have read '2 Second Lean' and 'Improvement Starts With I.'...) Step - 2 (You Are Teaching and Doing Lean Daily...) Step - 3 (Upload an intro video to the group and preferably also for YouTube for easy sharing....) Step - 4 (Minimum 1 Contribution Per Week (Video, Improvement, Question, Comment. Voice, Not Text, is Prefered - but not mandatory)...) Step - 5 (Members not meeting weekly contributions will be removed. Sorry for any offense....) Step - 6 (We have a strong preference to keep voice memos < ONE MINUTE. Walls of text are not encouraged but occasionally tolerated where circumstances dictate. People might eat but don't listen to waffle....) Step - 7 (We contribute as a group. New members can ask questions; we're here to help, and questions start great chats....) Step - 8 (Click or scan to give feedback...) Click to view the full step description
